Welcome to Orangeburg Consolidated School District Four
OCSD4 Schools and Buildings Closed Through Friday October 9th
Many secondary roads are still unstable. Also, there is currently only one route open to District Four schools from Columbia and Orangeburg. Therefore, OCSD4 schools and buildings will be closed the rest of this week. We will resume our regular school schedule on Monday, October 12th. We urge all of our OCSD4 family to be safe, and if you must go out, be very careful on the roads.

Million Fathers March a Success at HKTE
Hunter-Kinard-Tyler Elementary School hosted its very first "Million Father March" on Tuesday, September 15, 2015. The event brought fathers, stepfathers, grandfathers, uncles, brothers, cousins, community leaders, pastors, and other significant male caregivers to show their support for the children of HKTE and their willingness to partner with HKTE faculty and staff members to ensure that all students receive a quality education. It was truly a momentous event that was enjoyed and cherished by both adults and children.
